My opinion about the work environment and people - Finisher Assistant Mittera Employee Review

They tell you that there is advancement in the company but they don't like training people for the advancement of the company. They like to sale you a Dream, but the Dream never happens. They don't like giving; out raises . It took them 5-6 years to give you a raise. Even then the raise was only $0.25. which isn't enough with the cost of living is going up and up.
