they hire people to work on a project with one of its clients, once you join to the company they will try to assign you to any kind of project, technology or skills that you might not have and will have to learn ASAP, for instance if you are C++ developer, they will want you to work on a java or Android project and if you tell them that you don't have those skills you will be fired, also engineers from Poland are not so happy that Mexicans are now in the market and they are kinda tough with Mexicans engineers to make sure that they are going to keep controlling their positions with the clients
