Pros
Mobica is an outsourcing company that is co-operating with a lot of customers from a wide spectrum of industries. It's a good thing if you want to learn a grow a rapidly in rather short period of time. Every project differs and is an opportunity to do something totally new. From my experience an average time of a project is around 1 year, therefor as an engineer every year you can have an opportunity to pick up new role without a stress usually related with joining a new company. The biggest asset of the company are the people. As a long time employee I had a pleasure to work with or just be around some really incredible people. Those relations are very strong and we all keep in touch even if we are not working in the same company anymore.
Cons
Unfortunately being a outsourcing company take its toll. As an engineer you can be assigned both to interesting project and to very dull one. Especially the portfolio of QA projects was always very thin, the assignment expectations are not always in line with what you would like to do or what you would like to learn. It’s a common problem of outsourcing companies which by default don't have their own products. You need to work with what you get and you never know what is it the menu next. Aside of that you need to be prepared for business travels which may be a prop or a con for some.
