Pros
* Dynamic and flexible working environment - you won't get bored, unless you choose to stay in one project. * Friendly and warm atmosphere, HR and Admin in Warsaw are fantastic. Periodical company events. * Competitive salaries compared to other Warsaw software houses. * Some really strong devs among employees and generally very senior staff to learn from, few Juniors. * Ideal size - big enough to get decent processes and organization in place, but not an overgrown corporate office with a rat race and politics going on.
Cons
* As usually in consulting you can get a tedious maintenance project from time to time, or you may have to adjust your skillset to the market/sales situation. * There were cases of firing off-charge people in tougher times. * More investment is needed in workstations: monitors, laptops, desks, chairs, etc. But now that everyone is working from home, this is of little relevance.
