The company is flexible with your work schedule.

Cons

Micro Managed. Managment isnt qualified to lead. Management place a lot of stress on the techs. and billable hours but does not have a plan on how to dispatch calls properly. Tends to treat techs like factory workers.

I have a better understanding of why private equity firms are a blight in america

Cons

Management doesn't communicate 2 weeks of PTO is not competitive 25% below national average pay is not competitive Telling people to not mark OT or to take a day off in lieu is poor financial management after reporting buying another company
