Great customers. Challenging environment. Local team members have good connection.

Cons

Low pay. Emphasis on closing deals but then no support to get it completed once sold. Leadership making decisions without vetting and planning constantly- the. Everyone left to figure out how to get it done.

Cons

Management doesn't communicate 2 weeks of PTO is not competitive 25% below national average pay is not competitive Telling people to not mark OT or to take a day off in lieu is poor financial management after reporting buying another company
