-absolutely no one knows what they’re doing -upper management will ask for feedback/ideas but don’t actually care -Pay is atrocious -No training structure whatsoever -No process for anything. Everyone just does whatever they want. I was thrown into my role with very little training. It seems most roles had the same experience, leading to constant mistakes and scoldings by management. We were essentially told it was our fault despite never being trained on anything. My supervisor never came into the office and it took several hours/sometimes days to get a response to questions. The men in the Charlotte office are openly racist, sexist, and homophobic. I received several unwanted sexist comments in my very brief time there. It’s an incredibly unprofessional environment and HR simply does not care. This company is a joke, as is everyone who works there. It’s honestly a wonder they’re still in business. If you’re interviewing here and reading this, save yourself and don’t do it.
