Pros

ModelN is a great place to work. Culture over here is very open and very flexible so it is very easy to balance work-life. Leadership is also great and provide you with enough space/time for work and opportunities to grow. Looking at the technology - you get exposure to fairly latest and cutting edge technology depending on the role and work. Talking about perks - ModelN would be way ahead to take care of their employees and providing open culture to them. Free Lunch on every Friday, Monthly Happy hour, Company Meetings/Picnic adds up as a great perk to the employees. Not to forget company shutdown during end of the year is another opportunity (in the form of appreciation) from ModelN to each and every employee to take time off, relax and spend quality time with your family - just before the new year kicks in. I believe that is why ModelN is able to bring great people/team to work with. I simply enjoy each and every day at ModelN.

Cons

I would not consider this as a really cons point but it would be great to do a review on pay scales. Although it is equivalent to Market outside but exceeding the same would make it hard to loose any level of talent and it would be easy to bring exceptional skilled people as well.

Pros

The organization operates in a fast-paced environment with a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives that empower individuals to take an active role in driving growth. These opportunities support both business expansion and employee skill development, while a highly transparent communication model, including monthly company Town Halls, ensures consistent information sharing and organizational alignment.

Cons

While organizational processes are well intended, the pace of change can create challenges in clearly understanding how to navigate and operate effectively within the company’s structure.
