Pros

Good coworkers. The break room is clean and comfortable. All the coffee you can drink. Refrigerators provided. The bathrooms work most of the time. Harassment from people waiting for the bus asking for money is a nice plus.

Cons

Customer service is in a separate building 2 miles from HQ. No cafeteria. Poorly stocked vending machines. If it snows the lot and sidewalk is an ice rink. The managers assign mandatory overtime every single day while they leave on time, every single day. It's maddening and poor form. Training can be good or bad depending on who is doing it. One trainer is abrasive and condescending.

Higher pay potential, leadership experience, stronger resume, path to operations/warehouse manager, more visibility, and usually less constant physical labor.

Cons

More stress, responsible for team mistakes, dealing with call-outs/conflict, longer or unpredictable hours, pressure from management, and sometimes more responsibility without enough authority.
