      Pros

      Lots of snacks, treats and attempts to bolster morale. Bosses are pleasant while implementing truly cruel work rules.

      Cons

      Training Program is many months with weekly testing. Fail a test and they fire you. Draconian Attendance Policy. There are ZERO excused absences, most people work sick, so you will be sick all the time. Constant monitoring. They listen to all your phone calls, monitor how long and how often you use the toilet.

      Higher pay potential, leadership experience, stronger resume, path to operations/warehouse manager, more visibility, and usually less constant physical labor.

      Cons

      More stress, responsible for team mistakes, dealing with call-outs/conflict, longer or unpredictable hours, pressure from management, and sometimes more responsibility without enough authority.
