      Benefits given Opportunity to make tips Most co-workers are really nice Paid training Customers occasionally recognize your hard work and leave a review or tip you extra With enough hard work you could advance in this job

      Changing schedule ( sometimes twice a week) Cheap cleaning supplies Almost 10% taken out of every check Really picky and sometimes unruly customers Co-workers that don't show you have to pick up slack for Have to dress warmly during cold season

      Pros

      Learning experience that provided a look into a house cleaning role, staff was vey considerate. I worked at this company in 2020.

      Cons

      Work was exhausting, would often clean 3 story houses. Consistently cleaned 3-5 houses a day. Customers would rarely tip.
