Pros

The interview process went well (07/14/26), I got the job the same day I got a call from the manager( at the Livonia Location). For the last three days has been a blasted. However, I am very disappointed on how everything played out. First off I wanted to be a maid, never CSR! I was put in that position because they had an opening position but they were uncertain about my pay. I applied to be a professional housekeeper in Livonia. My very first interview was in Beverly Hills on 07/13/26. The manager there was the one that initial the position for me. She also told me to ask the manager in Livonia to bump my pay to $18, I got paid $17.50 an hour.

Cons

I quickly got hired in the same week I got fired. I got fired 07/17/26. I was only there for three days until Friday afternoon I was fired with no reasoning because this company is “at will”. During the time I was being trained to be a CSR. I made sure I paid attention, take notes, and asked questions. She told me I didn’t do anything wrong. Not only that, the setting in the office was unprofessional using foul language. And not to mention the manager is gossiping about another employee to her employees, including me. The second day I was shadowing the housekeeper and the third day (day I got fired) I was told by the manager to shadow both her employees that day. All I was told to shadow, the manager never gave me the opportunity to show my skills on what I learned from route activity and follow ups. I told her everything I learned when I shadow both her housekeepers cleaning five homes (07/16/26). Her and another employee in her office with the door and window closed. After he left out her office, she calls me in her office; that’s where my instincts kicked in! Something felt off because he was in the room with her for awhile. This employee was the one training me, he’s been there 2 years. Not sure if he’s the manager and the day I got fired he was already interviewing someone. He told me he was CSR too! I am really confused on what’s going on here!
