Pros
You won't be stuck sitting at a desk. I did answer phones and enter data into the computer, but I also did a lot of driving and visiting customers' homes. I felt I had a good amount of responsibility and opportunities to learn new skills. There were a few leads who were immensely proud of the work they did and had excellent leadership skills. It was a pleasure to work with them and I knew anyone I booked with them would have a good experience.
Cons
The manager at my local Molly Maid wasn't very involved. Coworkers in the field accidentally broke a fan while cleaning it, and the customer would call every day to see when she could get a replacement. The owner would never take this older woman's call. I had to apologize every day for at least two weeks before the owner finally bought her a new fan. Sometimes it seemed like she didn't care about customers, so the teams in the field didn't care as much either.
