      High pressure, high paced environment, plenty of contact with people from all walks of life.

      Cons

      Cannot be run by single person (admin+++++). Staff recruitment/retention/absenteeism is a real challenge. Must be prepared to do cleaning at short / no notice.

      Pros

      Learning experience that provided a look into a house cleaning role, staff was vey considerate. I worked at this company in 2020.

      Cons

      Work was exhausting, would often clean 3 story houses. Consistently cleaned 3-5 houses a day. Customers would rarely tip.
