      You never get a full 40 hours, you don’t see all of your tips, boss doesn’t know how to speak to people, hours are rounded down, revolving door. No training process. Favoritism

      Pros

      Learning experience that provided a look into a house cleaning role, staff was vey considerate. I worked at this company in 2020.

      Cons

      Work was exhausting, would often clean 3 story houses. Consistently cleaned 3-5 houses a day. Customers would rarely tip.
