      Hours are convenient especially for a mother, pay raises and promotions are very possible, employees are treated fairly and you can tell the owner's care about their wellbeing and happiness, customers are also wonderful

      Pros

      Learning experience that provided a look into a house cleaning role, staff was vey considerate. I worked at this company in 2020.

      Cons

      Work was exhausting, would often clean 3 story houses. Consistently cleaned 3-5 houses a day. Customers would rarely tip.
