      This Franchise Owner and Manager are senior citizens (65+ years in age). They have forgetful memories and physically cannot hear that well, so miscommunication between the maids and the manager happens on a regular basis--which makes your workday and scheduling unnecessarily stressful.

      Learning experience that provided a look into a house cleaning role, staff was vey considerate. I worked at this company in 2020.

      Cons

      Work was exhausting, would often clean 3 story houses. Consistently cleaned 3-5 houses a day. Customers would rarely tip.
