      One pro would be you can climb the ladder.

      Cons

      Molly maid is a franchise and so work culture will depend upon the owner. The owner I worked for ran the cleaners ragged, weren’t appreciated and paid them horrible.

      Pros

      Learning experience that provided a look into a house cleaning role, staff was vey considerate. I worked at this company in 2020.

      Cons

      Work was exhausting, would often clean 3 story houses. Consistently cleaned 3-5 houses a day. Customers would rarely tip.
