I’ve transitioned from my previous role without feeling overwhelmed or anxious, which speaks volumes about the culture here. The corporate HQ is a fantastic place to work. My desk setup is comfortable and well-equipped, and the environment is clean, modern, and welcoming. Everyone I've met so far has been warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. There's a real sense of community and collaboration. Bonus points for the cafeteria—it offers good food and a nice space to recharge during the day. Overall, I’m excited about what’s ahead and feel confident I’ve joined a company that values its people and sets them up for success.

Coming from a hybrid work environment, I initially had some hesitation about being on-site five days a week. However, it’s actually been a refreshing change. Being at corporate HQ has helped me build relationships faster, get face time with colleagues, and feel more connected to the company culture. The workspace is comfortable, the people are welcoming, and the cafeteria is a great perk—it’s made the transition smoother than I expected.
