-Union employee's want to do the right thing but get no support.
Cons
-This is a dying business, and therefore there is no investment.
-Worst corporate and local management I have ever seen.
-Very unsafe,
-Different rules for different people.
-Want you to come in off hours just to make the management feel good.
-Last in all metrics.
-Corporate HR lies, and got arrested.
-Dirty because their dust collector is inefficient and under sized.
-Senior positions are boomers that just want to coast.
