The organization is disorganized, and new HR leadership has not yet brought clarity or stability. There’s a lot of favoritism, which affects promotions, workload distribution, and decision‑making. Communication is inconsistent, and priorities shift frequently with little explanation. Overall, the instability makes it hard to feel secure or supported.
