Because the company is PE‑owned, there are constant M&A activities, and you never really know if your role is safe from one quarter to the next. The organization is disorganized, and new HR leadership has not yet brought clarity or stability. There’s a lot of favoritism, which affects promotions, workload distribution, and decision‑making. Communication is inconsistent, and priorities shift frequently with little explanation. Overall, the instability makes it hard to feel secure or supported.
