Need more nursing staff - hours/shifts available. Our rural setting is the challenge, but it's an easy commute from Mankato, New Ulm, St. James, and Wabasso.

Very great work environment with amazing bosses and coworkers that make working here feel nice and friendly!

With work being so busy, it can be hard to find time to interact with said coworkers.

With career considerations, there are no pros to this facility.
Cons
The management staff ruins companies like this. However, the upper-level management's only concern is quantity, not quality. Patients suffer the most. This is a high-risk environment for a licensed nurse.
