Pros

Lots of HR training, our monthly meetings were extremely helpful for someone who was just starting in the role. Had really good support from consultants. My on-site facility team was amazing.

Cons

Pay was not comparable to what other companies are offering, and it felt like DONs and ED’s were untouchable. Any complaints would be shaken off.

Very great work environment with amazing bosses and coworkers that make working here feel nice and friendly!

Cons

With work being so busy, it can be hard to find time to interact with said coworkers.

With career considerations, there are no pros to this facility.

Cons

The management staff ruins companies like this. However, the upper-level management's only concern is quantity, not quality. Patients suffer the most. This is a high-risk environment for a licensed nurse.
