Awful - Disheartening - Anonymous employee Monarch Healthcare Management Employee Review

Staff who are so concerned about money and how they look and they lie right to your face and talk about you behind your back. They set you up without a care as to what it will do to you or your family. If anyone poses a threat to their lack of care for the residents and their families they figure out how to get them to leave. They bring people in the building who report back to management but do not do their own job. Residents are at risk. If you take a look at the graph for the ratings you will see that the ratings went up in the middle of May. There are thirty something reviews by Monarch employees...mostly management. That will tell you a bit about their integrity.
