Pros

Cheering up residents with jokes and friendly conversations.

Cons

Absolutely no support from corporate and upper management. I was extremely misled during my interview with the state of the department I was taking over, and was then expected to be on call 12-14 hours per day every single day. Managers from other departments would come into my office and cry on a regular basis due to stress. Extremely unhealthy work environment.

Very great work environment with amazing bosses and coworkers that make working here feel nice and friendly!

Cons

With work being so busy, it can be hard to find time to interact with said coworkers.

With career considerations, there are no pros to this facility.

Cons

The management staff ruins companies like this. However, the upper-level management's only concern is quantity, not quality. Patients suffer the most. This is a high-risk environment for a licensed nurse.
