Pros

Monarch has a culture of reexamination how care is delivered. This leads to a fun culture where an idea that can change how we operate can come from anywhere and be run with. If it improves the lives of the residents, we look at it.

Cons

The innovative environment often leads to quick changes or a less ridged environment. If you need significant structure this isn't the company for you.

Our residents love working with the first humanoid robots in a skilled nursing facility in the US and our staff rave about some of the virtual reality training they have access to. Very great work environment with amazing bosses and coworkers that make working here feel nice and friendly!

Cons

With work being so busy, it can be hard to find time to interact with said coworkers.

Pros

With career considerations, there are no pros to this facility.

Cons

The management staff ruins companies like this. However, the upper-level management's only concern is quantity, not quality. Patients suffer the most. This is a high-risk environment for a licensed nurse.
