      I liked my job but.

      Toxic management, owners that are more interested in parting and posting about themselves than making the residents lives better. They hire toxic people and wonder why the good ones leave. Backstabbing and setting people up to fail is their M O.

      Very great work environment with amazing bosses and coworkers that make working here feel nice and friendly!

      With work being so busy, it can be hard to find time to interact with said coworkers.

      With career considerations, there are no pros to this facility.

      Cons

      The management staff ruins companies like this. However, the upper-level management's only concern is quantity, not quality. Patients suffer the most. This is a high-risk environment for a licensed nurse.
