Pros

The residents are wonderful to be around

Cons

Lack of good management, lack of empathy, staff treated poorly, lack of teamwork, poor management skills, poor aides (pool aides that don’t know what they are doing but still expect to be paid), disrespect to the residents by encroaching on their rights to choose what they want and how they want it, staff neglecting residents that deserve dignity and respect (hair a mess and dirty stained clothes).

Very great work environment with amazing bosses and coworkers that make working here feel nice and friendly!

Cons

With work being so busy, it can be hard to find time to interact with said coworkers.

With career considerations, there are no pros to this facility.

Cons

The management staff ruins companies like this. However, the upper-level management's only concern is quantity, not quality. Patients suffer the most. This is a high-risk environment for a licensed nurse.
