Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We offer a well-rounded benefits package that best meets the needs of our diverse workforce, which includes a tax benefit 401K.
We did look closely at including a 401k match, but opted to enhance the Monarch Employee Participation Plan (MEPP) and the Profits Interest (PI) Plan instead. That way, if someone wants to boost their 401k, they can contribute the distributions from those programs which would essentially serve as a match or greater! However, to the extent that other employees prefer the cash now, they can use the distributions from those programs for whatever they would like.
