Talented and experienced? They will recognize it right away and you should expect to advance very quickly! Not so talented or experienced? Don't worry! They offer an excellent and supportive training department to help. As long as you're a team player that's willing to learn, you'll definitely move up in the company as soon as they think you're ready. I love the core values of the company - if you work at Monarch you are FAMILY. There is so much room for growth! Monarch is rapidly expanding their portfolio, and more units = more jobs! The employee relations team is caring, down to earth, and friendly! They frequently run contests or other programs to engage employees from top to bottom of management. Also, the benefits are excellent! I've learned an exceptional amount about the multifamily industry in my two years (so far!!) at Monarch! You'll love working for them.
Cons
As with any company that's growing quickly, there are bound to be a few "growing pains" here and there. Unless you're a stubborn person that isn't open to change, you shouldn't experience any issues with this at Monarch.They do a fantastic job at keeping employees informed of recently purchased properties, changes in technology, edits to policy, etc. Keep in mind that the leasing industry in constantly evolving. If you aren't willing to adapt (regardless of what company you work for), this probably just isn't the right career path for you.
