      Loved company integrity, fair policies, and mission

      Bad manager that unfairly enforced company policy, didn't report bullying, terminated employees under false accusations by other employees. Grossly mismanaged budgets, leaving us without necessary tools to do our jobs unless we paid for them ourselves without reimbursement. Least apartments without proper remediation. Signed off on make ready units as being done before they were. Crazy expectations put on maintenance and porters shoulders when long vacant times were due to his poor communication and management skills. Anyone bringing up any issues to HR were terminated. Long standing employees that go above and beyond for the property were underpaid, underappreciated, blamed for issues or let go when blame was directed in his area. Allowed new inexperienced leasing agent put numerous tenants with histories of not paying rent into apartments that weren't ready just so the numbers would look good to corporate. Most of these tenants have been late on rent or not paid at all.

      *Supported by upper management, all the way up to the owners. They showed their appreciation regularly with things like the annual fish fry which sounds simple but it's actually a nice weekend away from work & you're welcome to bring your family; to boot reimbursement for maintenance employees working outside in tough weather doing snow removal. Also rewarding outstanding employees with company shares, and the President's Club week of recognition & training for outstanding managers. In my time there, a housekeeper who left to persue another opportunity was welcome back in a leasing role, showing they think outside the box & are willing to give you a chance! It's been about 12 years since I left to persue another opportunity & I've interviewed with them a few times since then. I continue to watch for opening & know it will happen in the future, when the time is right. Would love to work with them again. *They treat their residents well & are respectful of industry standards & fair housing standards.

      Can't think of any. Very fair employers in the five-ish years that I worked for them.
