      Pros

      Mondo has given me the tools to grow both as an individual and as a professional. I was at a pivotal moment in my career two years ago where I needed structure and true leadership to be able to achieve my career goals. Since starting at Mondo they have provided me with an overwhelming amount of support and opportunity for growth, and it shows in the success I've been able to cultivate. I'm extremely grateful for everything Mondo has provided me over the last few years and I can't wait to see what my next few years brings me!

      I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
