Where do I begin.. Management doesn’t know how to respect their employees. They think cursing at them and telling them how horrible they are is going to “motivate” them. Let me tell you that does not work. The lack of respect they have for their staff is disgusting. They think if you don’t make over 100 calls a day you are lazy and don’t care about the company. Micromanaging.. wow... for the sales team not only do they make you post every meeting you’ve booked or went on in front of the entire company but they make you show your calendar so they know all meetings are accepted and on the other persons calendar too. Don’t accept a job here if you have respect for yourself or want to grow with a company. This isn’t the place. Last thing, want a life outside of work? Don’t even think about it. Won’t happen!
