      "I couldn't be more passionate or pleased about my decision to join the Mondo family! From the minute I met with the executive team, I strongly believed this was the company I could finally call "home!" What is refreshing about this organization is how much they truly value their employees! From half day Friday's in the summer, to President Club trips, Mondo is the real deal!" Specific Pro's: Values their employees, provides competitive compensation packages, gives valuable hands on training to staff, and offers an agile environment capable of meetings our clients needs on the spot!

      If I HAD to pick something I would say more contests and perks specifically for the management team.

      I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
