Pros
Mondo is a great place to work, they are one of the very few companies who actually practice "Work hard, play hard." If you work hard you get a lot of perks, as in a yearly company trip to a Caribbean island with all expenses paid. Yes it is a tough job, but if you love what you do, it's not a job it's a lifestyle, you will build not only co-works, but people you can call friends and family. Management is always around if you have questions, and you never feel that you are just a number, even the CEO knows everyone's name, and where they come from. Work hard and the skies the limit!
