Pros
-Awesome work culture, the entire company are all 20 somethings who like to have a good time. -Benefits are fantastic. Probably some of the best I've ever had. -MK (CEO) of the company has got to be one of the most down to earth people I've ever met. Really easy to talk to and is always open for questions and suggestions. It's too bad I couldn't bring up the issues I had without being shut down by my manager.
Cons
-They hire everyone straight out of college and they treat you that way. The training is hilarious - how to write an e-mail, how to be dress for a job, how to ask a question. If you have work experience, prepare to feel dumbed down and treated like you're a freshman in college. -Management wants you to consistently hit above average. I had my fair share of "above average" weeks when it came to my numbers but the second I would hit "average" my job felt like it was on the line. -Lastly, and one of the BIGGEST issues I had with this company is the fact that they were very adamant about you hitting numbers yet the company schedules ridiculous trainings that take time out of your week and prohibited you from making your numbers. Not only that but they would prohibit you from actually learning with hands on experience from an account director. Example: I wanted to go on a meeting I booked with a CIO, but was unable to because a training about, "how to dress for success" was scheduled.
