Pros
-An okay career starter out of college -Snacks -Happy hour each month -Summer Fridays -Expense
Cons
-The pay sucks -Turnover rate is ridiculous, employees would quit after only a month of being there -They lure you in with all of these "great benefits" to get you to work for them when in reality, you'll most likely get in trouble by your manager if you leave work on time or take off, THEN they will tell you, you must not want to work here if you're not willing to work hard when we're already working 12 hour days -You will get emails/gchats over the weekend as well from the leadership team, and most of the time they expect you to answer them -lacks in diversity a lot, almost nonexistent -A lot of employees are extremely loud and obnoxious so it was always hard to work -No room for growth, only the employees that suck up to management gets promotions -When Covid-19 hit, that's when the company's true colors started to show. Business began to slow down, obviously due to the pandemic so we would get emails every morning about how "we're all in this together" and the president would give this "inspirational" speech to keep everyone motivated to keep on working hard, when in reality, they were preparing to start laying off a lot of people. -All of the good reviews you see are not from employees, these are from clients, we would get paid $25 for each 5 star review. -Not an ethical company at all
