Management has no idea how to lead or motivate employees. They resort to tactics that most companies would consider unprofessional. They play favorites when it comes to splitting up accounts. Do not trust what they tell you during the interview process. Most of it is lies. Only look at your base salary because commissions are next to nothing even when closing deals unless you are working 24 hours a day you won’t make much. President has been a total failure in trying to boost morale especially during the heart of Covid. She may be good at sales but has no idea how to create a good team environment. Take a look at all the employee reviews and you will notice a trend of 5 star reviews that are fake. That is because employees are offered $ incentives to get consultants to put good reviews.
