Pros
Fun laid-back atmosphere, pay is good if you can survive long enough to close a deal.
Cons
Hostile work environment, lie to clients on a consistent basis, other employees will do anything to make a dollar, no training at all, given dead accounts, no work/life balance at all, always cold calling no matter how many deals you close, you are expected to sell a product without even knowing how the industry works, no competitive advantage in the market, accounting department consistently messes up payments, alienate clients by making them have new contacts every 6 months, just a poorly run company in general. I really wish I had worked for a bigger staffing company to begin with.
