Pros
I have worked at quite a few places, and never have I worked with such an amazing team and culture (company wide). Yes, this is a challenging job, but with the challenges come the rewards. Management and Sr. team members really give you the tools to succeed here, you just have to put them into action. Mondo has fantastic benefits (unlimited PTO and half day summer Fridays to name a few), promotes from within and supports team members in and out of the office. Definitely a great place to work.
Cons
Sales is always going to be a job with hills and valleys. When it rains, it pours, good and bad. This is definitely not a job for someone who isn't willing to put in the hard work and auto-pilot through their day.
