Pros
Money is great, I have coworkers legitimately making 6 figures after the first year.
Cons
- Boiler room dials without the tools to call this much (50-100+ a day) - 45 hour a week minimum (day starts at 8am ends at 530) - To aggressive with customers losing business - You'll be told there are accounts to start working here. What they don't tell you is the contracts are invalid and you have to get them resigned. That means you have to now sell a contract (you get no commission) then find a placement to make. - CEO genuinely thinks Mondo is the most important thing in your life - You can't take off at all during December or your first 3 months of work - First three months are regularly 60+ hour weeks - Health insurance is garbage - Weird thing where management pushes you to get a deal on candidates you won't make commission on, just so management can hit their weekly numbers - $50,000 base pay is a joke
