Pros
The opportunity to make a lot of money is there
Cons
Working here made me feel unethical. It feels as though you force candidates into accepting positions, if they cannot confirm on the first phone call that they would accept a new job the same day as an offer is presented, you cannot submit them. If your candidate changes their mind or doesn't accept a job, upper management gets mad at you, when the candidates are doing what's best for themselves and people can be unpredictable. You are forced to pester your candidates and call them every day, sometimes more than once a day, to make sure they still want the job. It's a terrible model and pushes quality candidates away. I truly felt like a worse person working here for these reasons. Also, there are clear favorites and a weird cult-like vibe.
