      Pros

      Mondo has been an incredible experience thus far- I feel as if I have grown astronomically both professionally and personally in the short time that I have been with the company. From a supportive management team to being surrounded by others that are constantly rooting for you, Mondo has company culture figured out!

      Cons

      Transitioning to a WFH setting has been a challenge as its not something I was used to in previous roles- however, I wouldn't consider this a downside. If anything, its the best perk ever with a bit of a learning curve. ;)

      the reality is success requires sacrifice, and anyone who says differently is lying. the pros have far outweighed any sacrifices I've made in my career here!

      I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
