      Pros

      Really great earning potential. The company culture here is great, I love all my coworkers. Managers are really lenient and understanding. They understand life happens and things come up. There is a good work/life balance. Plus unlimited PTO!! If you're goal-oriented, you will do well here. Upper management makes an effort to show you they're always available. Seniority isn't really a thing at Mondo, everyone has an open door policy.

      Cons

      Hours are long but they go really fast if you can focus and get your work done.

      the reality is success requires sacrifice, and anyone who says differently is lying. the pros have far outweighed any sacrifices I've made in my career here!

      I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
