      Pros

      Working at Mondo has been a great experience, due in large part to the awesome people, including peers and management. If you work hard, challenge yourself, and stay consistent, you can do well here. There are also regular trainings in cutting-edge areas (e.g. generative AI, etc.)

      Cons

      There are ups and downs in this job, but that is no different than any other sales role. The key is to stay consistent and not despair. One day can turn your whole month around.

      the reality is success requires sacrifice, and anyone who says differently is lying. the pros have far outweighed any sacrifices I've made in my career here!

      I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
