Pros
At Mondo, you truly have the opportunity to run your business the best way you see fit to drive results. There isn't a big script to follow, this company embrace creative thinking and solution oriented mindsets.
Cons
The only downside to working at Mondo, is that everyone doesn't put forth the same effort to be great at there job which in turns makes your counterparts job smoother. Some people on the sales side make it harder for recruiters to execute because they don't do their job the best way possible and vice versa. That's the only real con, everyone doesn't share the same work ethic.
