      Working at Mondo has been life changing career choice! I now have the flexibility to work from home with a genuinely supportive team that wants to see me WIN. All of the opportunities are at your fingertips at Mondo and the company and culture set you up to achieve and earn like never before.

      Cons

      Bottom line - this is not an inherently "easy" job! I needed to adjust my mindset, overcome setbacks, and persevere through numerous rejections and obstacles. That being said, I was never alone along the way and I have all the tools I need to push through and reap the wealth of benefits this job has to offer.

      the reality is success requires sacrifice, and anyone who says differently is lying. the pros have far outweighed any sacrifices I've made in my career here!

      I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
