Pros
Great location and a beautiful office. Co-workers genuinely like each other and, even though there is a competitive spirit here, everyone recognizes that goods things come back to you when the company succeeds. People regularly get together for happy hours downtown or chill out in Millennium Park at the end of the day (especially during the summer).
Cons
To play hard, you have to work hard and there is plenty of that at Mondo. But the people who succeed here don’t consider working hard to be a problem at all.
