You will work a ridiculous amount of hours and expect to just cold call all day on so called "leads." They give you a title of "account director" to make yourself seem like a higher up, but this place is just a call center on crack. Definitely a waste of time if you're looking for any growth and don't expect to use your brain really at all, very menial tasks that are super monotonous. They'll convince you that it's the best place to work and put up a front, but once you join the company you'll see that the turnover rate is ridiculous. Also, they say they're always hiring, but its not because they're "growing" - its because everyone quits or gets fired after a week or two. Employees and management are very unprofessional and its clear from the get go that you won't be learning anything meaningful or growing as an employee. All hype. I can honestly say that almost all of these 5 star ratings are fabricated and forced to be written by the company. Don't trust them, there's a reason why there's such a dissonance in the reviews for this company. Read all the one to two star reviews first before joining this company.
